Being Woven

31 Days of God-Woven Moments – October 17

31 days PNG

What you leave behind is not what is engraved in stone monuments, but what is woven into the lives of others.  Pericles

Father, may I walk this walk each and every day, remembering that my value lies in what You would have me do and be as I encounter others in this world.  Your Truth is woven into my life and I want to weave it into those I meet.  I want to be the Christ to those who may not know Him and for those who do I want to be the Christ Whom they need and want to know better.  By some small action or word that I might do or say, I hope that I am walking in obedience to You.  A gravestone may mark a spot where my ashes remain after this life, but it will be in the lives I touch for You where I want to make a difference.  You are my God.  I am Your child.  In the Name of Jesus, Your Son, I pray.  Amen.
