November 20, 2015 — A Different Perspective — Linda’s Story @ Made 2 Mother | National Adoption Month-Nov., 2015 or @ Being Woven
Linda, I loved reading your perspective on this Bible passage. These past few months have been extremely hard for me and my family (work issues, financial, health, family). Is this not everyone elses life? Not too long ago I came to a crash in my life. I felt defeated! I wanted to help family, froends, and succeed I did not. Nothing was going the way I planned it.
As a matter of fact I felt like someone had put a hex on me. Thank goodness for God! His Word, and a lot of Faith. Your story reminds me to seek Him constantly. I find that when I have not made time for God things go on a different path.

Oh Sweet Ginger, He is our Strength and Stronghold. He is the Only One we can really count on for always. I know…I feel at a loss in regards to finances and health, in particular, yet when I remember, God is right there waiting for me. He never left my side. With all that is going on around our country and the world, my fears mount up, but He tells us not to fear or be anxious. The only way I can manage that is to be under the shelter of His wings.
I hold you in prayer, sweet friend. I am glad you are still in my life.
Caring through Christ, ~ linda

The 4 points in “Resting-Sheep and Shepherds” come directly from Phillip Keller ‘s book. (Along with the quotes that you attribute to him.) Shouldn’t he be credited with this in your blog? Your comments would be no less significant when giving credit where credit is due. Thank-you for prayerfully consider and this.

Thank you. You are right. I have added two sentences at the end giving him the credit due. I never meant to make those points my own but somehow managed to do just that.
